TRESOR’s mission is to create a masterpiece on the oceanfront like no other- not just simply a luxury beach house, but a modern marvel that defies traditional building processes and dispels the myth that one needs to sacrifice design in order to build responsibly. 990 Ocean Front blends the high-end design of Mark Singer with the function of everyday living.
A true masterpiece is limited in number, desired by many and its value increases over time. Current political, environmental, and civic regulations restrict a project like 990 Ocean Front from being built in the near future- some say a building approval like this can take up to six years to procure. It is for these reasons we accept the responsibility of building with great care in this environmentally sensitive zone and pursue the highest level of LEED certification.
